The Board of Appeal and Equalization is comprised of
five citizen members appointed by the mayor and approved by the city
council. The purpose of this Board is to provide a fair and objective forum
for property owners to appeal their property valuation or classification.
The Board has the authority to decrease, sustain or increase the market
value of a property.
Members of the Board of Appeal and Equalization include
Ron Anderson, Michael Friedberg, Jeffrey Johnson, N. Craig Johnson and Gordon Tuchenhagen.
